Now is your time to learn more of the Hudson Valley's local bounty and to call to make your reservations for the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week which is March 18 - 31, 2012.

The Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is your opportunity to explore a record 198 restaurants in your local area or Dutchess County or expand your palate to include those in the Hudson Valley. Hudson Valley Restaurant Week promotes the participating restaurants in this unique event as they reach out with their culinary cuisines. It is great eating, great price and a real connection to local. Just think when you dine in New York City the ingredients are FROM the green markets and farms - Hudson Valley Restaurant Week brings you food and wine that are IN our local farms and at our local green markets.

 How does Hudson Valley Restaurant Week work? 
For two weeks, from March 18-31, top restaurants in the mid- and lower-Hudson Valley offer special three-course dinner menus for $29.95 (plus beverage, tax and gratuity). Many also offer 3-course lunches for $20.95 (plus beverage, tax and gratuity). Many feature Hudson Valley products on their menu.
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is more than a celebration of foods and wine - it is a celebration with friends to dine and play at excellent value in pocket book range. We look forward to and  enjoy our annual gathering of friends at restaurants throughout the Hudson Valley during the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. We have made our reservations and hope you will too for this delicious showcase  of restaurants that participate in the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.

Restaurant Week Menus Now Up!
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is just four weeks away with a record 198 restaurants participating! Now is the time to make your reservations (but note, some restaurants can take reservations only one month ahead).
Chefs go all out to create tantalizing menus for Restaurant Week -- Long Island Fluke with Little Neck clams, baby fennel, garlic confit, parsley and caper berry; risotto with crispy pork belly, Garrison Farm leeks, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and herbs; Crown Maple Syrup cheesecake -- local, delicious, and created for you! Remember...menus are based on product availablilty and are subject to change. If you have dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, etc), call the restaurant before you go to ensure that one of the selections will work for you.
